Join us for a cruise around the Charleston Harbor, hosted by NPHA member Fort Sumter Tours! The boat will board promptly at 5:00 PM. Following a reception on board—which is open to all attendees and registered guests—we will break for dinner on our own.
Friday, November 3 – 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
The NPHA Board of Directors will meet to discuss Board business. This meeting is only open to NPHA Board Members; however, breakfast will be provided for all attendees.
The Francis Marion Hotel is offering NPHA meeting participants a special rate of $229/night (plus taxes and fees). Reservations must be made by October 2 to receive this group booking rate. Book your hotel room here or by calling (843) 722-0600 and identifying yourself as an NPHA member.

NPHA 2021 Annual Meeting: Gain from the Pain
We need you to play an active role in NPHA’s 2021 annual meeting on July 26 and 27, 2021. We will be joined by key Interior and National Park Service leaders, allies from other tourism and recreation businesses and Hill representatives. We will review the challenges of 2020 and 2021 and then turn our attention to the opportunities ahead.

Understanding Park Visitors of the 2020s was scheduled for March 16 and 17, 2020, to facilitate discussions among national park concessioners, the NPS, Congress and others regarding new and better ways to enhance the experiences of national park visitors while balancing visitation to national park units across the country.
NPHA 2019 Annual Meeting: Improving Park Visitor Experiences
National parks, park visitors and the nation’s park concessioners will be the focus of key conversations between March 18 and 20, 2019, in the Nation’s Capital. Change is happening – changes that can open doors to new opportunities for park visitors or limit interest and excitement about our parks. These changes can also enhance or undermine the long-standing, trusted role of park concessioners in supporting great experiences in great places for generations of Americans and visitors from beyond our borders.
NPHA 2018 Annual Meeting: New Initiatives and New Opportunities
Concessioners and National Parks: New Initiatives and New Opportunities will allow national park concessioners, the NPS and others to discuss new and better ways to work with the Administration and the Congress to enhance the experiences of national park visitors while building visitation to national park units across the country.
NPHA 2017 Annual Meeting: Responding to a New Administration and a New Congress
The annual meeting of the National Park Hospitality Association was opened at 8 AM by Chairman Terry MacRae. All members present identified themselves and Secretary Pam Pitts notified the Chairman that a quorum of members was present.
2016 Fall Meeting: Inviting and Hosting National Park Visitors - Post-Centennial Efforts with a New Administration
Inviting and Hosting National Park Visitors: Post- Centennial Efforts with a New Administration will allow national park concessioners, the NPS and others to assess likely visitor levels and expectations following major communications efforts associated with the NPS Centennial as well as review Congressional direction to the agency through appropriations and authorizing legislation.
2016 Annual Meeting: Concessioners in National Parks in 2016 and Beyond
Concessioners in National Parks in 2016 and Beyond allowed national park concessioners, the NPS and others to agree on strategies to make 2016 successful in attracting and serving well all park visitors.
2015 Fall Meeting: Peak Thinking for our Parks Post-Centennial
NPHA will combine its own fall meeting with a session co-hosted with other leading national park proponents in the tradition of the America's Summit on National Parks and Grand Thoughts at the Grand Canyon. NPHA's own meeting on Sunday and Wednesday will focus on actions which would revise and improve the national park concessions program and better serve park visitors, both Americans and those from other nations.
